$11,000 GST inclusive

Standard fee includes:

Interviews with two parties and two children
Four hours subpoena reading
Family Report

Additional fees:

$550 for each additional adult or child
$220 per hour after four hours of subpoena reading (maximum of eight hours)

Child Impact Assessment

$5,500 GST inclusive

Standard fee includes:

Interviews with two parties (by video) and two children (in person)
Preparation of Child Impact Assessment

Additional fees:

$220 for each additional child
$550 for each additional adult

Child Consultation for Dispute Resolution

$2,500 GST inclusive

Standard fee includes:

Interviews with up to two children
Attendance at Mediation to provide feedback

Additional fees:

$220 for each additional child
